This Fixed Base Operator wanted a new building for maintenance of aircraft, a flight training facility, and a place for visiting pilots to be able to take a break and to look up information to file their upcoming flights. It also was home base for charter flights. This 20,000 S.F. facility was built in 1997 for approximately $2 million. Our design encompassed the owner’s requirements as well as giving the building an appearance that reflected “airport”.

We worked with the local owner and the National BMW design staff to create this building for sales and service of BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche automobiles. This was constructed in 2000 for approximately $2 million.
