This is a 1920’s ten-story building in downtown Lansing. This project was updating the facade and bringing the building up to code for lease office space, with retail on ground level
Lansing, MI
This building is at the edge of downtown Lansing and was the home of the Lansing Women’s Club from the 1920’s in to the 1950’s. This project renews the facade and brings the building up to code, for a professional office use.
Ferndale, MI, completed 2009
This is a major rehab/renovation of the old Ferndale School from 1917. The completed project is approximately 20,000 square feet on 3 floors. The contemporary addition has the blessing of the Mich Historical Society. It's clear glazing allows a view of the restored now interior brick and the glass bridges connecting the original to the new. There is a roof garden on the second floor for outdoor meetings and a place to ponder one's work. The entrance garden hides the underground water conservation area.

This is a complete redo of an old building in downtown Grand Ledge, inside and out. Two-thirds of the original facade was either missing or badly deteriorated, new brick and stone closely matched the original.

New use for existing run-down downtown building. Originally a car dealership, then converted to a bedding and appliance business. Reuse of building for a 3-tenant retail facility in keeping with the DDA storefront facelift program.
Downtown Eaton Rapids, MI
This is a saving of a run-down building on the river. The building originally was an ice cream store where they also made their own ice cream. It later became a local café, and went into disrepair. It will now become 3 retail spaces with a river city theme.
