This project was to provide a new entrance to the church. A parking lot was constructed when a 3-story Educational Wing was added in the 1960’s which created confusion as to the real entrance to the church. None of the building was accessible. This entrance respects the architecture of the original building while creating a sense of entry.
It also provides an elevator and accessibility.

Delta Community Church

This is an example of designing a building to meet the needs requested by the Building Committee while working within a very constraining budget. The pre-engineered steel building houses a sanctuary for almost 300, pastor’s and general office, 4 classrooms, and other required areas and circulation.
